Some Differences

Our Building

Living here in the Stockbridge neighborhood in Edinburgh is interestingly different from our home in Roanoke. And, to be sure, we are adjusting to and enjoying the differences. After all, that is one of the primary reasons for this trip, to experience a new lifestyle.

Living in our neighborhood affords us a wonderful level of convenience. Only a short walk away are several grocery stores, many restaurants, many charity shops, two cheese mongers, a fish monger, a butcher, a hardware shop, many coffee shops, several parks, the Royal Botanic Garden...
